I had a competition in urban planning that i have been working on for three months.At the last moments of submission the internet failed all over the city.Amazingly a week time was extended for registered submitters.I was not registered.i wrote a letter to the help desk about the occasion and I was sent an Id and password.I re correct every thing and submitted it yesterday.Mission accomplished.
